1:18.5	puts up. So he has no authority to tax anybody. And all that stuff he talks about, free buses.

1:30.1	That's the MTA, again, controlled by the governor.
1:33.4	Governor controls the MTA.
1:34.8	The mayor has a couple seats on the MTA board,
1:37.5	but the governor has many more seats on the board,
