team lines up between their own 30 and 35. Those players can't move until the receiving team touches the ball.

Any kickoff that goes in the landing zone, which is between the end zone and the 20,

must be returned. Well touchbacks are still the the same but the ball now goes to

the 30 the idea here is two-fold they want more runbacks because that's an

exciting play and they want them to be safer so we don't have people running at

the speed of sound. And it worked last night.
