And again, Joe Bartlett, explain that to me.

You can't carry a, this is his plan, a gun-free zone in Times Square square what would be the point of that why would you

not have it in harold square too and everywhere else well i'm sure they'd like it everywhere else but

they're kind of limited by the law well if the law says and everybody he's talking about it

is legal gun owners with gun permits who are legally carrying a gun.

And I've checked with everybody I know in law enforcement, they cannot think of any case, remember any case, where a legal gun owner with a permit committed any kind of street crime, it doesn't happen.

So if that's the law that somebody has a permit, you can't ban them from carrying their legally authorized gun.

Why would that be okay in Times Square?

Well, it may not be because the federal judge in Syracuse says it's unconstitutional,

because the Supreme Court struck down the concealed carry law because they made it too restrictive.

Now they're putting more restrictions on.

Yeah, so this is the real real problem let's just be honest it's eric adams a nice guy beautiful suits

look at the way he works out pretty good at going out he's great at a party uh but running a city

not his thing and uh uh for all i i hate to keep repeating it i told you to vote for

curtis but uh you know for all he said well he's i was a nypd 20 years he must he says he has a plan

must be a great crime fighting plan we could all agree now that was no plan no plan of any kind

so uh don't have a plan i got gimmicks here's a gimmick gun free zone in

times square it's a gimmick it doesn't it's not going to mean anything it's not going to work

if you if it did work if there was such a thing as making a something like this work why wouldn't

you just make it a crime free zone well why don't you make it a gun-free, knife-free zone?
