I was going to say in Trump's favor, but really in America's favor, you can't have some local idiot judge make up a crime and then use it as an excuse to throw a candidate

off the ballot. So Supreme Court not only ruled that Trump has to remain on the ballot in

Colorado and it'll be all the other states that you can't just falsely accuse him of something

and throw them off the ballot. And not only did they rule that way,

but it was unanimous, even the most liberal justices ruled in Trump's favor on that in Colorado,

just some nutty judge declared him an insurrectionist. Trump has never been accused of

insurrection ever by any official anywhere.

I know. Morning Joe said it and Lester Holt and Chuck Todd, but that doesn't count.

Those are just crazy partisans.

Never been accused of insurrection, never been charged with it.

You can't just make up a crime and throw them off the ballot.

So this will take care of Colorado and then Maine will have to back off.

And recently that stupid traffic court judge in Illinois, Cook County threw him off the ballot.

So that'll be the end of it.

Hey, by the way, that's what they did to Navalny in Russia.

Navalny was the activist dissident who Putin killed.

But over the years, he kept trying to run against Putin.

And the last time he ran against Putin, they called him an insurrectionist and used that as an excuse to take him off the ballot.

Now, you can get away with that when you're Putin and it's Russia,

but you can't pull that crap here, and the Supreme Court stood up for that.
