That's actually a great thing.

If DeBlasio can't stop the rioting and the looting uh the weather will they used to

old time cops used to say rain is the best policeman so uh what time do we know what time

is supposed to rain tonight hopefully we're supposed to start later in the afternoon i thought

yeah because the curfew is in effect now the eight the 8 o'clock curfew, what happened yesterday

is the protesting and all the rioting and all that stuff. The march began at 3 o'clock. So because

of the 8 o'clock curfew, nowadays everything starts about 3 o'clock. I'm looking in the middle

of Manhattan. It's not that high.

4 o'clock, 53% chance of rain.

It's like a 50% chance of rain here in New York.

Well, hopefully it'll rain nice and hard from 3 o'clock on.

Well, listen, it protects a lot of it.

If the mayor won't protect your business or people walking down the street or the police,

then let the rain do it tonight.
