New York is more crowded than ever.

The streets are crowded. The restaurants are mobbed.

The traffic is worse than before the pandemic. Although these skyscrapers still empty, we'll get to the coming up.

But one reason for all the traffic is thanks to Governor Cuomo, thanks to Mayor de Blasio for creating this traffic nightmare where

rush hours are even worse than before the pandemic because most people now are terrified

to go through Penn Station to take the train, take the subway. So it's just about every

commuter who used to use mass transit now driving into the city. car dealers all over the place say they had the

biggest year they ever had last year because people don't want to go on the trains they don't want

to go through penn station it's an ugly dangerous war zone so they're all driving in and out of the

city right now you know that parking garages ofages in Manhattan were getting emptier and emptier

2017, 18, and 19. They were starting to offer all kinds of discounts. They were trying to put in

all of those electric charging stations to get the electric cars. They were getting desperate.

Now it's back to the way it was. There's a waiting list to get into any parking garage.

They're busier than ever.

But will everybody come back?
