Hey, tonight they light the tree in Rockefeller Center, so that means a massive traffic jam and pedestrian traffic jam around there.

What time is the tree lighting start?

Oh, gosh, I think it starts like 6 o'clock.

Yeah, but 6.30, but it's first come, how does that work?

They said it's first come, first serve.

Right.

You're also not allowed to bring any packages and backpack, briefcase.

No umbrellas.

No umbrellas.

It's not supposed to rain tonight.

So you have to just get there early.

And that means they start coming like, what, 4 o'clock, 5 o'clock?

Oh, yeah.

They said to avoid the area beginning at 3 this afternoon if you're not going to the tree lighting.

Avoid the area at 3 or later.

Now, what it is, if you stand there, oh, the lights come on all of a sudden. If you don't want to stand there, you can do this every morning after this.

They turn the lights off at, I think it's midnight, and then they turn them on again at six or seven in the morning.

So every morning, there's a tree lighting from now till January 3rd.

They used to leave on all night, but climate change, you know, all that stuff.

So now they shut it off.

So, and what would be the amazing part of seeing the lighting?
