I have three Marines in my family, nephew, two older sons. I'm a history freak like you and I've been reading about the Battle of Way in Vietnam in 1968.

The battle produced five Medal of Honor recipients. One is Alfredo Gonzales, a Marine. Do yourself a favor read his citations if you haven't already.

What makes him so remarkable is he didn't receive it for one incident. He was awarded for various actions he took over five days.

He was a stud. Thank you for all you do to fight the commies. And before I get to Mr. Gonzales as Medal of Honor citation, remember for you new listeners every Monday we do this every single Monday we do this and we do this at the exact same time.
