Well, we've got a lot to get to this hour.

I know it's just kind of a strange time.

It's Christmas season.

You walk around Manhattan, you see all those Christmas decorations all over the place.

But you don't see a lot of people around, and it just doesn't feel like Christmas,

but it is.

The governor going crazy, threatening to shut down indoor dining makes no sense at all.

Hey, let me just point out, Bill O'Reilly.

Some people get upset, you know, when he says, there's no chance of the president winning

a victory and staying.

Let's just say there's a chance.

He's probably right.

But you never know what could happen.

Bush v. Gore, that got settled on December 13th, which would be five days from now.

So it's got to happen this week.

You'll have to get to the Supreme Court.

They are trying to get heard by the Supreme Court and that could happen today or tomorrow agreeing to hear it Justice Alito is on their side and

pushing for it so again it's got to happen today or tomorrow and by the end of

the week something big has to happen so we'll see you might say, it looks like they're leaving because look at this in the paper. Jared and Ivanka have already bought their new home where they'll live. They're going to leave Washington. They've expanded the quarters at the Trump International Club and Bedminster so they can stay there.

But apparently their real home will be Miami.

They want to go to Miami.
