I wanted to talk about it as it broke.

We were talking about all the other things

that were happening on the Pat McAfee show

regarding Aaron Rodgers.

But after we shut off the microphones last week,

it was reported by Andrew Martian

that Pat McAfee and ESPN pay Aaron Rodgers millions of dollars

for his weekly appearances.

And it also goes on to say that Nick Sabin is also compensated.

And I learned about this in a group chat.

And my initial response to it was,

well, that's a bad look.

That's a bad look.

Because there's this thing in our industry

that, especially if you're on a national show,

you don't pay for access to guests.

It's kind of like a golden rule of the industry
