I think the Jalen Hertz discussion is fascinating

because Jalen Hertz has either been excellent or not good at all,

massively turnover prone or excellent based on his coordinator.

Now I could also argue Bo Nix is good because of Sean Payton.

But my take is Bo Nix has been on a heater.
