A very rainy day today.

It's going to be this horrible all day, nothing but rain and wind all day.

It'll be gone by tomorrow.

Tomorrow night's Halloween.

So everything will clear up for that.

Even the Washington Post, the left-wing liberal Washington Post, big editorial

today telling Democrats, time to end the shutdown, stop holding the government hostage. Schumer,

the king of the shutdown, it says in the Washington Post. Schumer has allowed the shutdown to drag on

because he's worried about

fending off a primary challenger in 2028. Now, a lot of people close to Schumer say he will

just give up. He will not even try to run in 2028. He'll just give up. Just give up. And that

leaves him a few years.

You know, he's an older guy.

Time to wrap it up anyway.

Probably he went from the little Ben Franklin glasses to the big,

Swifty Lazark, how type of glasses, the Mr. Magoo glasses.

Time probably to just, if he's, you know, people say, I don't even remember this,

but they say when he started 40-something years ago in Congress,

that he was a man of principal and he was a principled guy and he would do the right thing.

I don't even remember this, but if that's the case, you know,

go back to that for your last couple of years.
