Lots to get to. We'll get to Chuck Scarborough. We'll get to lots of stuff. Now, the judge has delayed the sentencing. This Trump case in New York is most likely finished, overdone. All this lawfare, all these fake cases have gone away. The Georgia case, totally ridiculous case.

And it turned out the prosecutors were pulling all kinds of crap behind the scenes,

not to mention meeting with the White House at great length.

So that case is gone.

The Jack Smith case was absolutely preposterous.

Every president, every vice president, everybody that leaves, always leaves with classified

documents.

They pack up your presidential papers.

Often it's two, three, four million documents.

And somewhere in there, they accidentally, you you know 200 classified documents end up in

it's everybody ever it happened with Obama now in the case of Biden it looked like because

according to the investigation when they were packing up Biden's papers he personally got involved

and he somehow left with 7,000 classified documents.

Trump was nothing compared. Trump had 135 classified documents. In the end, that's what

Jack Smith found. He had 135 classified documents. Biden had 7,000. They were in his house.

They were in his den. They were in his bathroom. They were in his bathroom. They were in his

office. They were in his other office. They were in his garage. So it happens all the time.

Nobody's ever charged with it. They tried to charge Bill Clinton with it. And he took it all

the way to the Supreme Court and won that he had every right. They were his documents.

And if he said they were declassified, they were declassified. And by the way, that wouldn't

apply to Biden. He was vice president. He didn't have the power to declassified. But the court

ruled, if you're the president and you take the documents and you decide they're declassified
