The president's been clear.

security threats first.

And fugitives.

Those who crossed the border legally had great due process, a great taxpayer expense.

We're ordered removed by an immigration judge and didn't lead.

They're also a priority.

And third rail, we've got to find over 300,000 children that were released into this country

to so-called sponsors that the government can't find.

We also got to find them children and try to save them.
