I know you probably can think of a lot of things you'd rather be doing today than an interview,

thanks for joining us yeah no problem I probably owe some taxes to the state of

Nebraska but uh... it's my favorite event that we cover Anyone who's ever been understands why and especially

for that championship series that we got it was certainly worth the grind.

You had such a unique perspective, you know, being literally everywhere where the action was before we get to the

specifics just the experience of doing that I know you've done it a lot and you've done a lot

of things but baseball is unique.

you know, like I think back to 2019 when Vanderbilt wanted and that would have been the year that

Donnie Everett who had passed away was a senior, would have been a senior and his

family came with the team and then they won it all and you know all miss being the last team you know into the last

one standing and like there's there's always these stories that come about and for
