If there's another team out there that is willing to create an offer sheet that Lamar Jackson

is willing to sign.

So possibility Jackson will skip all the offseason spring workouts and training camp.

If he receives that tag, now the Ravens are expected to place the tag on Jackson to keep

him from becoming an unrestricted free agent.

If the sides are unable to agree on a new contract in two weeks, new Ravens offensive coordinator

Todd Monkin, who is introduced yesterday, didn't sound worried that Jackson could wait

until the week before the regular season opener to report, which would give him little

time to learn that new offensive system.

And as introductory news conference yesterday, Monkin also silenced the critics saying this

about Lamar.

Billy, you know, he's got an elite skill set.

I mean, it's obvious when you watch him on film, I mean, the things he can do with the

football and the plays that he makes.

And I think he's underrated as a passer.

Maybe my dad thinks so in terms of his ability to make plays and throw it down the field.
