funding for the wall. You will hear tired old bureaucrats make these crazy hyperbolic comments.

A gross abuse of the power of the presidency. But, wait a minute, Obama did 12 of these national emergencies.

31 of them are still in effect.

It's done all the time.

You could argue this is different.

Usually it's done to block something, stop something from happening.

Usually it involves some foreign policy threat or something like that.

But, and then they'll say, they'll go into court and they'll argue,

it's never done just to fund an infrastructure project.

But the argument will be this is not a domestic infrastructure project.

It's the border.

It's invaders coming across the border that is considered a foreign policy problem.

That's what the president just said. He said, this is, it's designed to stop drugs and bad people from coming into the country.
