The Michael Kay Show. What I saw as an organization that can't function in all three facets of the game,

they were not coached properly, they were not prepared properly, and they have to go.

If they lose to Dallas in embarrassing fashion, knowing John Mauer the way that I do,

knowing that it's against the Dallas Cowboys and everybody in the world has been watching that game choking on their turkey,

and if they get embarrassed, it might happen immediately.

But you've got a chance to start fresh, guys.

It's not about analyzing how good a Coach Dable could be,

how good a general manager Shane could be.

The fact is they've had three years and they've taken several steps back.

And they now no longer function as a football team.

You've got to wipe it clean.

Wipe it like you're behind because that's exactly what they are.

They're ass.

This was from Ian Rappaport of the NFL Network.

And he writes, as for Rogers, he's been banged up this season, fighting hamstring knee and ankle injuries while being off and on the injury report.

How injured is he? It's unclear.

One source explained that Rogers has resisted getting scans done, not wanting to reveal

the severity of his injuries out of fear of having to come off the field.

He has insisted that he keep playing the hamstring injury he suffered against the Broncos on September

29th was to believe to be a particularly significant one but Rogers assured everyone it was fine
