Hey, a beautiful day. It's going to be the nicest day of the year. Just gorgeous 80, no humidity, sunny today. We've got lots to get to this hour. We'll get to the film Rocket Man coming up. We'll get to the tariffs. We'll get to the stock market. We'll get an expert. What's going on there with the

stock market? The good news is we're waiting for Robert Mueller. This will happen probably

next week to be brought up on ethics charges, ethics violations, that weird, bizarre press

conference that he held. There's a code of conduct. There are rules. There's a code in the

Justice Department for prosecutors. You either charge. You don't charge. If you're not charging

somebody with anything, if there's no evidence to charge them with anything, that's it. You leave

it alone. What does the rule say exactly? Well, if you cannot bring charges, if you're not

going to bring charges, you can't suggest that the person's guilty.

Exactly.

And this would be an extreme, serious violation of the rules.

And we're just waiting to see who files it first.

There are a number of groups that are going to file it.

Expect it next week.

Ethics violations against Robert Mueller, which very likely could have him disbarred at some point.

Comey did the same thing, though.

Yeah, Comey, they didn't pursue it, and they probably should have.

That would have discouraged Mueller from trying the same crap.

In the case of Comey, it did get him fired as FBI director. If you remember

the firing, the, you know, you watch the crazy Chuck Todd fake news shows, I'll tell you,

he was fired over the Russia investigation. No, he was actually fired by Rod Rosenstein,

who wrote a letter, a two-page memo detailing why he was firing Comey, and the reason he stated

...
