One of the great Christmas traditions in New York, it's not going to be this year, but we'll do it later this hour.

Governor Cuomo is, Joe Bartler, would you now admit

that it looks like he's just out

to get restaurants for whatever reason,

New York City restaurants,

he's just out to get them. And it's not

a Long Island, Westchester, or anywhere in New York City.

He's targeted New York City restaurants

for punishment. Doesn't it

look like that?

When he says and admits the spreading rate at restaurants is low, like 1%, and he closes them anyway,

yes, you've got to say he's got something against them.

He's out to get New York City restaurants.

Now, all the restaurants

and a lot of great restaurants in long island and westchester and uh everywhere they're all

open indoors they're all fine with indoor dining uh and their uh spike is bigger than the new

york city spike it's it's in fact uh there's counties upstate that are much bigger spike than New York City.

Their restaurants are all open inside.

He's made this crazy, ridiculous ruling that New York City can't have indoor dining right now,

even though you step over the border into Long Island, perfectly fine.
