It is the Jesse Kelly show another hour of the Jesse Kelly show.

That song reminds me.

I heard that song this morning.

You know, when I heard it, there are these moments.

Don't worry, I'm going to get to metal of honor Monday here in a second.

I swear this is a political talk show.

I'm just kind of full of energy today.

This morning, I had one of those moments as a parent that makes you really, really proud.

You see, initially, I took my kids to CPAC this weekend, took the wife and kids up to CPAC

out to give some little speech we came right back home.

But afterwards, somebody, my buddy, Ryan Gerdusky, with the great 1776 project, he said online,

he said, Jesse Kelly's a lucky man, dime of a wife, and the kids are the nicest, most respectful

people ever.

To which, I mean, you think that would be a compliment?

Now, set that aside.

This morning was the real compliment.

My youngest Luke and I, my oldest son, James, had gotten up and gone for a run, like some

kind of a nerd.

So Luke and I still had to work out.

So Luke and me, we go in, we lift weights, and then when we're done lifting weights, I told

him, all right, well, you need to do some cardio in here for a while.

You'll get on the bike, do something for a while.
