of playmakers.

He's looking at

wide receivers, running backs, tight ends. So basically,

from a quarterback's point of view, what he has to work with, who he has to throw to or

hand off to, right? So in terms of offensive arsenals, which teams rank the highest,

which teams rank the lowest. So the idea here is if you had an average quarterback,

average offensive line, average head coach, played at an average pace, right, trying to make it as equal as possible,

which teams have the best sets of playmakers. That's the whole concept. So pretty easy to digest.

This is just for the 2023 season. He's not projecting the next five years or anything like that.
