This means limiting the number of customers to 50% capacity

and requiring employees to wear face coverings, among other requirements.

Well, if you've been in the malls over the last few years,

they've never been even close to 50% capacity.

They're usually at 5% capacity.

And the people that work there should be wearing masks probably because

in some of those places, they should wear masks because they're robbing you most

of the time.
