Kentucky Derby was this weekend.

I noticed a couple of Kentucky Derby parties took place.

People's homes, a couple of restaurants had Kentucky Derby.

Supposedly you sit at a table and watch,

but it was more standing up walking around.

And Joe Bartlett, have you noticed things loosening up even more down there, South Carolina?

Oh, yeah, this is like full bore here.

There's, aside from just having to wear a mask when you go inside, everything is open.

Yeah, outside, you do not need to wear a mask.

Sunlight kills the virus instantly.

It's instant disinfectant.

Wind, and even a breeze, kills it. In other words, you breathe, the droplets come out of your

mouth, but if there's any wind or breeze, it scatters them. It disperses them. So even if it were to

hit somebody, there's not enough there to infect anybody. So that's why, remember last summer,

the numbers got so low, out in the sunlight with a

little breeze you can't give it to anybody you'd have to scream into their face for 20 minutes

and then maybe so outside you can't transmit in fact in all the scientific studies they i think

they've found one case of outdoor transmission in sunlight it's very tough so there is no reason to wear a mask in
