So I think his main purpose there, he does not want to testify.

He's not a good speaker.

And if you've watched him testify in the past when he was years ago FBI director,

and he had a testimony. He's a horrible

witness. He's just nervous, stage fright, a bit of a bumbler when he has to testify. So he does

not want to testify in front of any committees. He's made that really clear. I think that was his

main point here. He said several times, if you force any testimony out of him he will not say a single thing

beyond what's in the report that's all you'll get out of him uh he did leave the obstruction

stuff a little vague there i i think he uh is giving the so wide birth to congress he said a body other than the criminal justice system

will have to determine if the president obstructed justice he's begging off the obstruction

he wants nothing to do with this uh so so now that that legitimizes a congressional investigation

well not really because there's nothing in there that's clearly obstruction. Also,

you could argue that if the special counsel doesn't make a decision, it's up to Congress.

That's not really what the... Remember, the law says the report goes to the Attorney General,

and that's it. No one else sees it ever ever if the attorney general decides to release it

that's just a courtesy that he's providing right and there's nothing in the law that

would ever allow congress to see the special counsel report unless the attorney

general decides he wants to give it to them so there's nothing in the law that they
