0:37.3

and that's where we are right now with

0:38.6

Mike Rodak.

0:40.8

Judge Daniel Pruitt, the second judge in this case, has asked all parties to send in whatever

0:47.8

they need to send in by 4 o'clock central time.

0:50.4

That is 59 minutes from now.

So Mike Rodak, thanks for the time time take us through the morning in court where what happened and where we are now good afternoon hey good afternoon yeah it was you know obviously a packed courtroom you know i'd say 30 40 people in there in terms of reporters and maybe even students um those hard to tell, but obviously a big case with a lot of

1:13.5

ramifications. I think people in the room knew that. Nothing new in terms of what the arguments

1:18.6

were. I think it basically tracked in terms of what we've heard from both sides and their

1:22.8

in their written arguments was really what they said orally today. But there was no ruling that was made, you know, right then and there. It was a case of one side made their arguments, the other side made theirs. Both of the attorneys, you know, went to the bench and they had some sort of private conversation with the judge. What exactly was said? We don't know. You know, but after that, the judge said that, you know, he would rule soon.

1:45.4

There wasn't a particular timetable that was given, and he just said for them to have their

1:50.0

proposed orders in by 4 o'clock.

1:52.3

And so it just happened that, I think, a few minutes ago, the Betty Aco team filed their

1:57.2

proposed order, which obviously is, hey, I'm the judge.

2:00.3

I'm saying, you know, I'm going to grant the injunction. It doesn't mean that that has actually happened. It just means that is something that they've put out there for the judge to potentially sign. Obviously, the NCAA will do the opposite. So I'm still waiting on that. It's possible there's a ruling tonight, but it's not guaranteed. And that's kind of the big question because there's a big basketball game tomorrow, Alabama, Auburn at 3 o'clock, and we'll have to see if there is a ruling before then. But right now we don't know if there will be. So, Mike, let me make sure. I think I do, but I want to make sure the audience understands. So both sides have until 4 o'clock to file what what it's called in order now that is not new

2:36.9

information is it it's just simply how you you would write the the verdict in this case am i am i

2:43.6

reading this correctly exactly right it's basically doing the work for the judge um it's basically

2:49.0

writing his order you know know, the order being,

2:52.1

I approve the injunction or I deny the injunction and basically making that as a template for
