Buck, I want to be optimistic here. I'm very optimistic about how 2024 is going, but I'm also optimistic. I get asked all the time.

E-mails, I get all sorts of people out there saying,

Clay, how can you still be a sports fan

when X League said Y or when X player said why?

And I feel like what happened just now in the last week with Harrison Butker the

Kansas City Chiefs kicker who delivered the commencement address at a Catholic college in Kansas.

All of the uproar, all of the fallout.

Buck, here's a good data point for you.

Not one single NFL player criticized Harrison

Butler publicly. Not one. There are 3,000 NFL players. Yesterday, Roger Giddell came out and he said these

quotes which I'm going to read for you which is what I've been advocating for for the last 10 years it feels like to try to win this battle.

Roger Goodell came out and said, listen, we, when he was directly asked yesterday about Harrison Butler, listen, we have

over 3,000 players.

They have diversity of opinions and thoughts just like America does. I think that's something

we treasure. That's part of what ultimately makes us as a society better. We're

not going to go much beyond the statement we made last week.

Now, that's a very different statement than they made last week when their DEI employee,

which I think, frankly, should be fired.

I think every DEI employee should be fired I think every D. E. I. I.

should be fired in every company in America because I think they're

destroying the culture of most companies from the inside that is my personal
