Well, we'll get to what we really need to do about gun violence.

We'll get to that later in the hour and what the politicians are doing all wrong with their gimmicky laws and all that kind of stuff.

Now, I don't mean to upset you, but if you're looking at Eric Adams saying he'll solve the problem, all his years in the NYPD, his years in law enforcement makes him an expert on what to do.

Apparently not.

Apparently not.

Because he is admitted he does not know what the hell to do about guns.

So he's going to bring in somebody to do something about all the shootings all over the street in New York.

He admits it's an emergency.

In fact, he says he may have to declare a citywide emergency.

And he's going to bring in somebody to do something about the gun violence.

Now, you're saying, well, Ray Kelly may be Bill Bratton, maybe, Rudy Giuliani, somebody like,

no, no, no, no.

He is going to make the announcement at 1230 a day.

Now, this is actually pretty frightening and it's not even funny.

Here's a guy who, A, hasn't got a clue as to what to do about the problem, and B, can't go to

anybody who's a respected expert in law enforcement. Hey, what about that Kishant Suell, the

police commissioner? She looks pretty impressive. I bet she'd know what to do if you just

turned her loose and let her do her job. But instead, the mayor will announce the appointment later today.

Now, if you're worried about all the gunfire outside your window

and all the people getting shot all over the place,

this is the guy he's going to tap to fix it.
