Well, hey, it's Friday. It's President's Day weekend. A lot to get to this hour.

This will make you feel good. They say there's never any good news. CNN is in big trouble and is going to be making massive cuts.

They've got to cut 50 million in costs immediately.

Actually, more than 50 million, but much more than 50 million.

CNN, very, very low ratings for a long, long time.

MSNBC does better than CNN, but MSNBC doesn't do that well.

And CNN really low ratings.

And it's always a few hundred

thousand people watching so there's going to be massive cuts 100 million 150 million but

the new CNN boss has been told to cut 50 million in on-air salaries so a lot of these anchors

are going to be taking huge cuts.

You know, Anderson Cooper gets $20 million a year.

I figure that gets cut in half right away.

And it's justified.

You know, he may be great at what he does, but it doesn't attract a lot of viewers.

You know, if you're Hannity and you're getting 3 million viewers a night,

and you're Anderson Cooper and you're getting 400,000,

why pay him so much?

Why hand him all that money?

So he'll be taking a big pay cut.

Wolf Blitzer earns about $15 million a year.

Could you imagine that?
