at C-Tac last night. Well thank you for that detail. I did. Took some pepto when I got home and I am great now. So I am doing really, really well, excited to hang with you for the next three hours. Wait, when's the last time you think you had a filet of fish before? I honest to goodness, think the last time I had a filet fish was the first day I was on Twitter. It was my very first tweet. Colin Paisley was still producing the show.

And I remember being at McDonald's like, well, I wonder how this Twitter thing works.

Can I just another quick confession before we get going here?

Another quick confession. How silly do some of those rings look on the smaller human beings? I think on anyone. They're just so massive because you have to fit so much on the face. But yeah, a normal-sized person with like me, normal-sized fingers, it would break my finger, I think. It would weigh it down. Now you understand why people don't wear those. No. No, they're just show pieces. They just hang out in your, I think Damon, you know, keeps them like most people do in a security box at the bank or whatever, unless they've got a big event that they put it on. But, I mean, it was, I think it was one of their position coaches with one of their players. And the player, like, yeah, that looks kind of absurd.
