Let's just play the game in the fallacy of the predetermined outcome. The nicks could

be sitting here with Tyrese Halliburton and Donovan Mitchell. Those are guys they passed

on. They passed on Mitchell to take Nellikina and you heard with Alan Han said Rick Patino

called the nicks and begged them, don't pass on Donovan Mitchell. And then a lot of people

were screaming, you got to take Halliburton, got to take Halliburton and they took Obitoppin

who they just traded for two first round picks. So, uh, second round. Two second round picks.

It was first round picks that would be tremendous. Right. So their asset got devalued and all

these picks that had four lottery picks and they got RJ Barrett out of it. And the other

picks were just dreadful. They were just absolutely dreadful. And it's hard to criticize

this front office because as Alan said, nicks and bad have been bad for a long time. And

now they're kind of good, but they're not good enough. So I guess they're taking the

slow burn here and getting Deven Chenzos a nice pick up. But are they that much better

than they were last year? I don't know. They're better. But I don't think they're making

that quantum leap. And I was surprised and you asked the question I was thinking about

Peter. There are people out there that you can make trades for. So yeah, I know the nicks

are capped out in terms of getting a free agent. But could you be on in on Carl Anthony

Towns? Might you be in on Paul George? I mean, you do have tradable assets. That would

be the quantum leap unless you're waiting on Joe Ellen B to demand a trade. Or you're

waiting on Antietta Cumpo to demand a trade. But that's a lot of ifs. A lot of things

...
