that Kevin Durant is a basketball savant. He is a brilliant basketball mind who does not spend enough time educating people on the game of basketball.

He's usually whining about other people's positions as opposed to elaborating and educating the way he is

fully capable of doing.

That's the issue.

Okay, this was a point of contention earlier in the show.

JJ, you were essentially saying, you didn't know when it became players' jobs. a I'm saying that if you're somebody that's going to you know complain about the

positions that other people take then educate them about what your position

is that's all.

You know, when people sit up there and they talk,

whatever it is that they may say about somebody like me,

for example, I respond to those I choose to respond to.

You know, and I make sure that they know what my

position is and they could feel whatever way about it but I make sure that my

position is clear and then I move forward. That's all of this but I didn't say

it was his job. I'm saying that when you're talking when you're covering the sport of basketball

and you and you're talking to people who really really know you may come up to them you may

ask them questions you might probe a little bit more and they say whatever it is that they say.

There have been times where it could be any of the names that I mentioned before and they really

really elaborate on what their positions may be and then you walk away saying

damn I didn't look at it that way that's a damn good point I got it I

understand and you move forward and you cultivate those relationships again there's nobody's

obligation to do it but it does help it does help elevate a level of understanding
