Before we begin another hour here on get up a hearty congratulations to three of our

former colleagues from ESPN as well as all the other members of the class of

2024 at the Basketball Hall of Fame.

Vince Carter, Chauncey Billups,

and Doug Collins were among those who were inducted

this weekend in a class that also included

the late Jerry West who became the first three-time inductee

as he was recognized for his role as an executive.

Meanwhile, you don't normally see a television show in the Hall of Fame,

but NBA Inside Stuff was the latest recipient

of the Kurt Gowdy Transformative Media Award.

The show's hosts were all on hand including Willow Bay, Ahmed Rashad, and Grant Hill.

Inside Stuff debuted in 1990, it aired 25 years, merging the NBA and pop culture in a world before social media.
