All right. It's not going to be easy to beat the Rams tomorrow and I, Brock, and game of the year.

But I think it might be fairly simple.

Not easy, but simple.

And maybe even a little bit easier than we think.

So I found myself last night, of course, thinking about the game, as I'm sure you did as well, game of the year, like we're getting ready, we're getting pumped, we're getting psyched, this should be awesome, you know, you win this one and everything kind of opens up in front of you. So the Seahawks need to do two things. They need to move the ball on the ground and they need to not turn it over, right?

I mean, pretty simple. I don't think I'm breaking any news here. But here's the good news.

They already did one of those things against the Rams. They already did one of them.

Not the second because that obviously derailed them as they turned the ball over four times, all four of them

interceptions from Sam Darnold.

But they did the first one.

They didn't dominate on the ground, but I don't think they need to dominate in the run game.

They just need to threaten the Rams, pick up some first downs, don't play the same field
