Investigators are saying that people in Perry's inner circle have been charged now,

five of them actually for now, and it's a bigger investigation.

Apparently they used to charge him thousands of dollars to get the drug ketamine.

Ketamine costs about 12 bucks on the street, but because you can't be

Matthew Perry and walk on the street and ask for drugs, the people who fed it to him charged him

thousands of dollars, even texted jokingly among one another. How much do you think, quote,

this moron will pay us for the drug? It's disgusting. And now the poor man is dead and he was hooked on it,

you know, he was addicted to it. And addiction is a horrible, horrible thing. And you should

help addicts. You don't, you don't call them morons and feed into their habit. That's the

problem. So now the investigation is, uh, is on. Authorities believe this is a pretty big drug ring involving ketamine in

Los Angeles. So this is going to be big. This is not the last you'll hear of it, I'm sure.

The New York Times is reporting that federal investigators filed a new round of grand jury subpoenas in their investigation. This is all regarding his 2021 fundraising efforts.
