The thing that I just can't get over, and yeah, you're excited about moving on from the coach

because you think that he stood in the way of wins this year. But do you think, do you think the GM did a good job? Like, what I don't understand is how could the decision makers, the Maras and the tishes, look at this thing and say, you know what? He did a really good job and he needs to come back and he needs to lead the search for the next head coach. Explain that

to me, please. I can't. I can't explain it to you. Maybe maybe if we get Jordan on, he can explain it. I think it has more to do with what's happening behind the scenes than it does with the actual talent on the field. I mean, look at the amount of money and draft picks that he's sunk into the defense.
