Hi. Are we going to start having to move to acceptance that, you know, like

you go through your five stages of grief that like we just need to accept that like the

horse is out of the barn, the tail is on fire, but we're trying to put toothpaste back

in a tube to fix this.

And I, unless we professionalize this and kind of take an NFL approach,

which is becoming easier and more fun to watch,

I don't see, I mean, everybody can wax eloquently on what the problems are.

We sit around and define the problems all the time.

But we're already here.

And the one thing that I will say is to kind of get back from,

kind of pull back from the hyperbole is watching what Signetti has done,

he's taken two and three star players.
