| 0:00.0 | Hey, everybody. Welcome to the show. Good to be back with all of you again. As you may know, I co-host always in fashion here on 710 W.R with my father, Mark Weber. I'm on with Len and Michael in the morning. I'm a news nation legal contributor, anchor on the long crime network. We got a lot to get into today. President Xi told Biden that mainland China will reunify with Taiwan. Straight up told him to his |
| 0:23.2 | face. What does that mean? We're going to get into if you attack Harvard President Claudine |
| 0:27.8 | Gay, you are a racist. I don't know if you know that. And hopefully we'll get a little bit more |
| 0:32.1 | into what's happening here with people leaving New York and the migrants, but all that. First, |
| 0:36.1 | we got to talk about Colorado. |
| 0:39.7 | When was the last time anybody actually thought about Colorado? |
| 0:40.9 | Now it's all in the news, Colorado. |

| 0:59.5 | Now, first of all, this is something that I think the Supreme Court not only will take up, |
| 1:05.0 | but has to take up. |
| 1:06.7 | And how they're going to decide? |
| 1:08.5 | Here's what's interesting. |
| 1:09.9 | This decision by the Supreme Court of |
| 1:12.6 | Colorado was decided by seven democratically appointed justices, but there was a split. Three of them |
| 1:20.1 | disagreed with the decision. They issued these really scathing dissents. So there is a chance the |
| 1:25.5 | Supreme Court will overrule this. And I have to tell you, |
| 1:29.3 | there's a lot of problems with this decision. The first of all is this court said, okay, the 14th |
| 1:35.0 | amendment applies to a president, even though the language of section three of the 14th amendment |
| 1:41.1 | doesn't even mention the president of the United States. This is the section that talks about if you engage in an insurrection or rebellion, |
| 1:48.6 | you can't hold office. |
