Summary
Doug is not surprised by the struggles of Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts. Doug has no doubt he is trying as hard as he can, he just isn't that good an NFL Quarterback. He says Hurts was surrounded by NFL players in college, and thrived in that environment. Kevin Durant is playing it cool about Kyrie Irving's situation with the Nets. Doug appreciates KD's apparent patience with the situation, but he thinks he must be put off by the fact that he went to Brooklyn because of Kyrie. Former Major League All-Star Matt Holliday joins Doug to talk about the controversial check swing in game 5 of the NLDS, what the Dodgers did right in that game, and to talk about the St. Louis Cardinals' opening at manager. Doug reacts to Colin Cowherd's take that the check swing at the end of the NLDS was the most appropriate way to end a series between two dead-even teams.
