this is just breaking jack smith that dirty special counsel although the court most likely will rule

But the whole case was tossed out by the courts.

His junk case was tossed out. So, Jack Smith announced a couple weeks ago that since he can't go to trial, the case was tossed

out.

He will release a report on the case.

And the dirty Attorney General Merrick Garland, the Slees Ball, approved that action,

that they would release the report.

Well, a court has just banned him from releasing that report, arguing that this is unheard of, unprecedented, never before,

if you're supposedly a prosecutor and you want to go after somebody and put them on trial,

you'd have to put them on trial. Allow them to present a defense.

Under oath, you'll have to present your evidence, and then they'll have a chance to refute the evidence.

So it's unheard of to instead of a trial, you'll just put out a report condemning a guy

where he has no chance to respond to anything, and nobody has a chance to look at the evidence and see if it's legitimate.

So that Jack Smith report, the court has just ordered, cannot be released.

So that's good news.
