So this is pretty interesting. Hunter Biden was subpoenaed to testify in front of Congress first in a private closed hearing, which is kind of like a deposition, and then you come back and do it in public.

That's normally how it's done. Donald Trump Jr. had to go through that private hearing first,

and that was something like, I don't know, 25 hours of testimony. Ivanka Trump, like 25 hours of testimony,

in private, it's like a deposition, and then come back for the public hearing. So Hunter refused to do this,

refuse to come and answer questions in the private hearing. So he only do it in public and only

under oath. Now, the reason for that is, the reason you do a deposition is they ask you,

everything they ask you. They hear your entire case and then before the actual hearing in public, they have a chance to go over everything you've said and figure out if you lied. They can check everything you're saying, check all the evidence and find the lies in your case. So he didn't want to do that. He didn't want to allow him that opportunity.

He'd only come do it in public, which is ridiculous.

He was subpoenaed to appear. He defied the subpoena.

Now, when you defy a subpoena, you get arrested, like Steve Bannon defied a subpoena, got arrested, got charged criminally.

Peter Navarro, who the very quiet, nice guy, he defied the subpoena because he worked in the White House for the president and he said he had executive privilege.

He had a legitimate argument to make for defying the subpoena.

But turns throws him into a jail cell. So that's what happens when you defying the subpoena. But Ernst throws him into a jail cell.

That's what happens when you defy a subpoena.

So Hunter has defied the subpoena.

Nobody expects anything to happen.
