I've been in this town long enough to know that every time there's a government shutdown, the government reopens. It's a lot of political shenanigans and political maneuvering, but finally, common sense breaks through, and it has yet again.

Here's more on exactly what happens now and next from CBN News. In the Oval Office surrounded by our Republican congressional members,
