Maple Leafs game two. That's at 7 Eastern. Leaves are up after their 5-4 win last night. And then the

stars and jets begin their series. Coverage begins at the point at 6 Eastern on ESPN 2 and on ESPN Plus.

The road, the Stanley Cup rolls along. We're rolling along too here on Sports

Center. Back to our breaking news that we have this morning. The Steelers are sending wide receiver

George Pickens to the Cowboys in exchange for a third rounder and a pick swap. The move comes with

the Cowboys obviously meeting weapons to complement C.D. Lamb after missing the playoffs and going

seven and ten. Meanwhile, the Steelers moved on after acquiring D.K. Metcalf and there's

clearly uncertainty at quarterback. And so Stephen A, I'm going to go to you first here. At this point,

and Ryan Clark's back with us, by the way, does it matter because it feels like it does to me.

If the Steelers get a quarterback, I don't know, like Aaron Rogers for this upcoming season.

Well, it matters.

It matters because the history of Mike Tomlin tells us that if you give him anything to work with, he can do some things.

He can do some things to at least make you respectable.

18 consecutive years where he's never had a game below 500. That's a testament to him,

not just as a coach, but as a motivator, as somebody that's big on accountability and what

have you. His teams don't give up. I remember one of my greatest moments watching Mike

Tomlin was a year that I forgot which season it was, RC, but they started out, O and 4.

And I remember when they were walking off the sideline, and he was out walking to the

sideline, and he walked on the field, and he was looking in the eyes of each individual

as they were walking off the field to see if they had given up, if they were

ready to quit and whatever.
