No, federal court. You don't need to get it.

Federal court. So, but he'll come out, how long does it take an hour maybe? Yeah, yeah, he'll say something, you know, the prosecution will say something, the judge.

So when he walks out, we'll see, he may say something outside the court house.

Once he's sentenced, he's free to say whatever he wants.

Hopefully there'll be no jail time.

This is the judge who got very suspicious about the way Mueller was doing things and didn't

like the way Flynn was handled. They bullied him, pressured into a meeting without a lawyer.

They went over to the White House to totally violating normal procedure. Normally he's supposed

to go through the White House counsel and set up a proper meeting. Instead, agents went over and just

kind of met with him and they pressured him

beforehand not to bring a lawyer.

So the judge, very

critical of Mueller, will see what happens

in this. Probably no jail time.

Do you think the president knows what's going to happen here

because he tweeted this morning, I found it kind of interesting.

He said, it'll be interesting to see what Michael Flynn says today so does that mean he

knows Flynn is going to say something uh well a lot of people think Flynn will say something he has to

get sentence first you got to be careful you can't say anything in the courtroom before the

sentencing you don't want to aggravate the judge or aggravate anybody because that could affect the sentencing. You have to act remorseful. You don't want to say you're not guilty.

You just don't say that in the court in front of the judge at this point. So you wait,
