So Mel Kikeper Jr. was on sportsmanlike, our national morning show on ESPN radio.

And he was asked about the giants who have the number three pick in the draft.

Now, the two teams in front of the Giants need quarterbacks.

And from every way you slice it, it looks like there are two quarterbacks worthy

to be at the top of the draft, or at least in this

draft. In other drafts, they might not even be near the top of the drafts, but they're

the two best quarterbacks. So it looks like the Titans and the Browns might take them, which

would lead the Giants without a quarterback. So Kuiper was asked on Sportsman like, would you trade, if you're the Giants, the number three pick to the Vikings for J.J. McCarthy. And here's what he said.

Yes. From the Vikings, I'm letting this wall workout play out because you've got a 27-year-old Sam Donald look really good for O'Connell.

If he goes through the playoffs and playing really well,

Sam Donald's your quarterback, then you could potentially look at trading JJ.

Now, I love Mel Kuyper, and I think he's the best of what he does.
