imposes any discipline, either side can appeal this, but it has to go to the commissioner

Roger Gidell.

The league cannot appeal if she imposes no discipline.

I think that's highly unlikely, but yesterday there wasn't much information that came

out.

There's no new evidence on appeal.

The league is bound by her factual determinations as to what he did or did not do.

If she decides no discipline, the league cannot appeal that.

Let's say she says six to eight games NFL decides they're going to appeal.

The commissioner hears the appeal.

The commissioner says you're going to get an indefinite suspension.
