Well, let me see. Yeah, this is very serious, very serious. Facebook and Instagram are down,

uh, worldwide outage. Facebook, uh, nobody really uses that much anymore. Instagram outage,

this is big. This is very big. Now, this is meta. That's Facebook owns Instagram, and they call the company meta because remember they were

going to dominate the metaverse until they found out the metaverse isn't going anyplace.

So, but they haven't changed the name back yet.

Now, here's the thing.

It's meta's platforms are down.

So that's Instagram, Facebook, and Threads.

Threads is their copy of Twitter.

We could live without threads.

But Instagram, we need this back.

It's been out since about 10 a.m.

Nobody knows.

No word on what could be causing this it's a worldwide outage

uh they say they're working on this now a meta spokesman said uh and the funniest thing

to reach people the meta spokesman had to post it on twitter on x uh now the last last time something like this happened was about three years ago.

Yeah, in 2021, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp were down, and that lasted more than six hours.

At the time, Meta said the outage was caused by configuration changes on backbone routers.

Now, does anybody believe that?

Is that really what it is?

You know, that's like the car mechanic

when he wants to charge you a fortune.
