We are joined now by NFL.com draft analyst Chad Ryder.

Chad, how are we doing today?

I'm doing excellent here in Indianapolis, checking out everything at the combine.

Life is good.

Yeah, man, the NFL does such a great job with just their season and then the offseason,

the combine and pro days, the draft, the calendar.

I just love it, man.

But when you look at this particular group at the Combine, what position has stood out so far?

I know there's only been one day of drills or what position are you looking forward to

looking at the most?

Well, the linebackers were really, the offball linebackers were really interesting yesterday.

Of course, the Ohio State guys, Arvel Reese and funny styles

looked apart of top ten picks. And the depths is really outstanding this year off the ball.

So teams are going to be able to find guys in the third or fourth round. They're really going to

step in and start right away, which is a lot of things.

You don't get that in a lot of drafts.

And although you can say that linebacker has become less important in some NFL defenses, if you can get a second level of second level defender that can move, like Jacob Rodriguez from from Texas Tech for example

you know that's the really valuable piece to have on your defense Chad we're still kind of early
