Some interesting things coming out right now, Clay.

I feel like the Trump era, especially midday when we're on East Coast time,

it's just one long breaking news ticker all the time

with what's going on with this white house it's just been nonstop i'm going to get more details

on this but it looks that there it looks to be that there is a a federal judge uh that just

came out with a ruling that trump can withhold some funding without needing prior approval.

This is a district court judge.

Team, get me some details on this.

I'm just seeing this on Fox.

The judge says some authority to limit funds.

It's just beginning to percolate out.

So that, Clay, this is going to the center of the Doge fight, which is if the people

running the agencies don't run the agencies, and if the executive branch doesn't have discretion

over discretionary spending, what the heck are we doing here? I mean, that's really what this

is forcing. What would you say you do here, executive branch? Yes, no doubt. And I think what you're going to see, and this is the lawyer laying it out,

is in general, Democrat appointed judges are going to limit Trump's authority, and Republican

appointed judges are going to grant Trump the authority.
