a couple things here because I'm going to get it. I'm going to get into this road economic

forum stuff pretty heavily tonight. Before I get to that, let's deal with this. The

rid to the headline is from Oxfam. The richest 1% bag nearly twice as much wealth as the

rest of the world put together over the past two years. Now, these kind of articles gin

up a lot of outrage. They're the norm because as you're watching your standard of living

go down, which is a hard thing to watch. What you don't like to hear is, hey, not only

these might not going down work killing it, but allow me to explain. This is why this happens.

This is not a new phenomenon. The saying is as old as time when there's blood on the

streets by property. Well, that's a dark saying. What does that mean? There's blood in the

streets by property. What? Well, here's what it means. Rich people having known a few

of these. I know a few of these guys now. Rich people, they approach things different

than you and I do. They have such vast quantities of wealth. We're talking, I knew a guy.

I generally don't talk details and I don't really hang around with people who would offer

details, but I do like to nitpick every now and then. One of the guys I knew, he invests

his money in various stock things. I don't understand what he's talking about half the

time, but he always keeps, he always keeps $100,000 in a cash account, not cash, but he has

it in a cash account. Essentially, like a savings account, he can do whatever he wants

with it at any time. And I said, $100,000, why? And he said, well, Jesse, you never know

when a deal is going to come along. And along those same lines, you talk to these guys,

when there's a problem in the market, like I've told you several times that I believe
